The demanded financial data when making payments with payment cards is not saved by the Vendor.
All payments are transferred to the server of our partners BilderlingsPay .
  •     Payment by bank transfer
Payment can be made by a natural or legal person, based on sent invoice.
 

  •  Exchange, return

Right of returns
 
1. If Buyer changed his mind and decided to refund the purchase, in Latvian Consumer Law, act of the rights of consumers and standard Rules of Nr.255 "Regulations on the Remote Agreement" Cabinet Council, is said that the buyer has the right to refuse the agreement within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods , and to return to online store the purchased goods back to the seller. In article No.12, in point 6 provided in Latvian Consumer Law  act of the rights of consumers and standard Rules says that "the consumer bears responsibility for product quality and preserving safety on the right of removal of fixed term of realisation."
2. SIA Viola-Stils reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a product, which was damaged.
3. Return of goods to be made to the address: Pasta  iela 49, Jekabpils, LV-5201, Latvia.
4. If Buyer use the right of refusal, SIA Viola-Stils's obligation is to whenever possible earlier, but no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of returned goods to return you the amount paid by by the costumer.
5. Money returns according to the Latvian Consumer Law protection act of the rights of consumers, Article 12.
 
 
If the Buyer purchased several goods, and wishes to return one - process happens as well as in points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 of this section mentioned above.
 

  •  Delivery

    For orders over € 100 delivery to the Baltic Countries and Finland is free. Free delivery in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania .

    NB! Our warehouse will deal with your order as soon as possible and expect to dispatch it within 3 working days. Further arrival time depends on the postal service provider which is specified in the table below. During holidays and sale periods the delivery times may be longer than normal.

Delivery of goods is agreed during the ordering process. If multiple items are ordered, they may be delivered together or in parts.
